My sub can't add photos

For Owners and admins · Phone app

If they were added as a Viewer, they can look but can't add photos.

Change them to Member.

Change a sub to Member

  1. Open the job.
  2. Tap the faces under the address.
  3. Tap their Viewer role chip.
  4. Tap Change to Member.

Ask them to open the job and take a photo. It shows on the job's Photos tab.

Remove a sub from a job

Follow steps 1 to 3, then tap Remove. They lose access to this job. You can add them back from the same place.

Resend an invite

Follow steps 1 to 3, then tap Resend invite email.

Note

A Viewer sees View-only access. You can't make changes. on their phone.
